Custom Badges

We always start with visual designs to make sure we’re all aligned. We create vector sketches that can be used later to turn into CAD. Based on your briefing or idea we create a few directions to give you all the options. You’ll receive these sketches within a few days after the start of the project and we’ll take you along during the ideation process via either Slack or Whatsapp.

We’ve developed our own Tornante AI Studio so we can show you your badge on any car, in any environment you want.

Based on the visual design we can find the right supplier for your badges. Based on the design, the technical setup and the application we work with different suppliers. We can have the badges locally quickly made if needed or have them made at suppliers further away for larger orders. The last one will take a bit longer but the results are astonishing.

We need to select the supplier before we make the final design so we can make sure we work according to the specifications of the suppliers and we can prevent iterations on specs later. We can either CNC the badges or have them made from molds which both require their own designs.

Now that we have a direction for the design of the badge and we know who is going to make it, we can start the last phase of technical designing. We’ll make a layered design so the supplier knows how to make the badges exactly to spec. We always work with multi layer designs so it gets a premium look that can’t be beaten by stickers or vinyl.

Even though we don’t make the badges ourselves, we always stay involved during the development so you don’t have to worry about questions during development. Leave that up to us.
